Connecting the Dots: HAKO-FLO’s Vision for Next-Gen Logistics DX in 2026 – HAKO-FLO Newsletter Vol. 30

— Newsletter Archive: Newsletter Vol. 30, 1/22/2026 —

At TOKYO ELECTRON DEVICE AMERICA INC. (TEDAI), we have been committed to pursuing “authentic data” in the ever-evolving warehouse environment through HAKO-FLO®—our solution designed to digitize every event on the warehouse floor.

As we kick off 2026, we are excited to introduce a new approach to warehouse management. By fusing item-level tracking (RFID and QR codes) with cutting-edge LiDAR technology and high-precision imaging, we are transforming isolated data points into a continuous, actionable “line” of information.

Diverse Identification: The Starting Line of Intelligence

In modern logistics, individual identification is more than just a tag; it is a digital “ID card” for cargo.

The HAKO-FLO® ecosystem offers the flexibility to choose the identification method that best fits your workflow. Whether it is the RFID Query—enabling bulk, non-stop reading of stacked pallets—or widely used QR codes, both are seamlessly integrated as high-level individual IDs.

This versatility eliminates manual entry errors. Whether you lean on the remote mobility of RFID or the pinpoint reliability of QR, HAKO-FLO® instantly records the undeniable fact of “which item is where.” This solid foundation of identity is what allows subsequent measurement data and photo records to become truly “living information.”

Digital Profiling: Where LiDAR Meets ID

HAKO-FLO®’s inspection workflow creates a seamless link between identification (RFID/QR) and spatial measurement via our EZ-report (LiDAR solution).

As an operator scans a tag, the cargo’s profile is instantly pulled up, and the LiDAR sensor automatically captures its external dimensions. There is no need for tape measures or manual ledgers. By automatically linking precise spatial data to a specific ID, we achieve “Digital Profiling.” This not only optimizes loading efficiency but also brings a new dimension of accuracy to cargo safety management.

High-Resolution Evidence: Validating Digital Truth

The transparency of your logistics chain is further solidified by EZ-SnapAir and its “Auto-Upload” functionality.

While tags tell you what is there and LiDAR tells you how big it is, EZ-SnapAir provides the definitive record of what condition it is in. High-resolution photos are captured and instantly synced to the cloud, using the individual ID as the common key. This “Trinity of Data” ensures that in the event of damage or disputes, you have high-quality, timestamped evidence linked directly to your database for fair and rapid resolution.

Crafting the Logistics Narrative with HAKO-FLO

This year, TEDAI remains passionate about “turning floor-level facts into truthful data.” By fusing the intelligence of RFID, LiDAR, and high-definition imaging, HAKO-FLO® is accelerating the digital transformation (DX) of the warehouse.
We believe that this digital story—beginning with a single ID and ending with a resilient supply chain—will make your operations smarter and stronger. We are honored to be your partner in this journey throughout the year.

We wish you a year of breakthrough growth and success.
